​Historically, Music Industry leaders have been charismatic, driven, displayed high confidence level and strong conviction, all of the positive aspects of the masculine archetype. However, over the last few years, the world has changed, and the classic ‘warrior’ leader style is now defunct. A new way of Leadership is required.

Now there is a greater call for the possession of Meta Skills such as Creativity, Self-Awareness and Resilience: the ability to motivate and inspire .

To succeed in this new world, there is a requirement for introspection; an examination of the inner workings of the Leader themselves.

Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching addresses that inner work, as a fully formed, holistic and integrative psycho-spiritual psychology. Devised by Italian psychiatrist and contemporary of Carl Jung Roberto Assagioli.
